Prior to becoming president of MLC, Tim was appointed as Governor John Engler's Campaign Manager to manage his 1998 re-election campaign, after having worked in the Governor's office as Director of External Affairs and Deputy Director of Public Affairs. FRANK D. BOSTON, III has more than 22 years experience representing individuals and small and large companies in the Maryland legislature and in courts throughout the state. He received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a recipient of the James May Scholarship, the Chief Justice of the law school's honor court, a member of the Moot Court Board, teacher's assistant, and an American Jurisprudence awardee.

Prior to launching his own firm, Mr. Boston served as a law clerk with Whiteford, Taylor, and Preston and with the Felony Trial Division of Baltimore's Office of the Public Defender, and he worked in public affairs and government relations in both Annapolis and Baltimore.

Lawrence Bell joined Cornerstone in February 2023 from Sen. Warnock's (D-GA) office where he served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor. Lawrence joined the Senator's office after serving as an Advisor and Chief of Staff for the Warnock for Georgia Senatorial campaign in the 2020 special election. His leadership role on that campaign led to a historic victory electing the state's first Black United States senator.

Prior to joining the Warnock campaign, Lawrence worked in the Atlanta office of a large law and lobbying firm. There, he represented some of the country's largest corporations, working with state and local elected officials to help shape public policy and regulations across a variety of industries. Delora R. Sanchez, Esq. joined Cornerstone in October 2015 after leading Johns Hopkins Medical System's government affairs team. Delora spent nearly a decade representing Hopkins' interests before the Maryland General Assembly, Governor's office, and state administrative agencies. She has an extensive background in state legislative and regulatory issues.

As a senior vice president in Cornerstone's Annapolis office, Delora specializes in representing hospitals, managed care organizations (MCOs), pharmaceutical manufactures, medical cannabis companies, and private sector special interests. Over the past 10 years, Delora has used her deep policy expertise and legislative connections to save or create tens of millions of dollars in state funding for clients; shape Maryland's medical liability policy; and steer the top healthcare system in the world through the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and the creation of the Maryland Health Benefits Exchange.

Matt's professional career began at the age of nineteen, as a Savannah Railroad Conductor. While working on the railroad across the southeast, Matt served as Legislative Representative, a role in which he advocated for safe work conditions, engaged in local and state politics, and promoted economic development. Next, he was elected statewide to advocate on behalf of Railroad Employees and Retirees under the Gold Dome, proudly serving for thirteen legislative sessions. In 2016, Matt was named a Rising Star by Progressive Railroading Magazine. After decades of successful collaboration with business owners, communities, and elected officials throughout the state on important economic and social initiatives, Matt found Georgia Matters LLC, an award-winning Government Relations Firm.

Lee Weingart is the Chairman and Founder of LNE Group and President of LNE Group West Virginia. Since 2002, Lee has cultivated LNE Group, his self-started, two-person business, into what is now one of the top advocacy and lobbying firms with transatlantic reach in the region.

In 2023, Lee founded LNE Group West Virginia as a Charleston-based state and federal government advocacy firm to bring the successes realized by LNE Group around the country and in Europe to clients in West Virginia.

Prior to founding LNE Group, Mr. Weingart served in various public and private positions. From 1995 to 1997, he served as County Commissioner in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States of America. Cuyahoga County is the second largest county in Ohio and is among the 30 largest counties in the nation. At 28, Mr. Weingart was one of the youngest people ever to serve as county commissioner.

Mr. Weingart received his juris doctor degree, with honors, from The George Washington University National Law Center in 1991. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in economics and management from DePauw University in 1988.

Lee is married to Caroline Weingart, nee Emrick. They have three children, Lizzie, Ned and Ethan, who collectively are LNE Group's namesake.

Charlene Puchalla serves as an Assistant Vice President in Cornerstone's Atlanta, GA office, assisting the firm's government relations team with client service activities including conducting research and providing updates on state legislative matters and diverse regulatory issues.

Charlene joins Cornerstone following her time at Wellstar Health System, where she held multiple positions, most recently serving as a Government Relations Specialist. In this role, she developed and managed relationships with elected officials and key staff in Georgia at the local, state and federal levels, while assisting in developing and recommending legislative priorities and goals. Charlene gained invaluable experience summarizing and interpreting the impact of legislation and preparing legislative summaries, regular communications and presentations. She also served as a Legal Assistant of Government Relations at Wellstar.

Prior to Wellstar, Charlene served as a scheduler and field representative for Representative Tom Price (R-GA) for more than seven years. She began her career as a legislative and research aid in the Pennsylvania State Senate.

Charlene earned her bachelor's with a concentration in public administration from Shippensburg University.
