Nicholas G. Nick has been an accomplished lobbyist and legislative analyst for more than 25 years and has played an instrumental role in forging innovative and economically enhancing business partnerships among clients. In 1989, Nick's business bent led him to co-found Manis & Wright Realty, a premier residential and commercial realty firm that grew from modest beginnings to a successful 40 associates company that merged with the largest real estate company in Maryland.

Nick graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1980. He was the captain of the varsity lacrosse team during his time at College Park.

A native of Annapolis, Nick is involved in many local business and community organizations including the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce, the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center Board of Advisors, Annapolis Youth Lacrosse Association, and the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. He was presented the Louis L. Goldstein Award in 1998 in recognition of his efforts on behalf of the Maryland Alcohol Beverage Industry. He is married with two children.

FRANK D. BOSTON, III has more than 22 years experience representing individuals and small and large companies in the Maryland legislature and in courts throughout the state. He received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a recipient of the James May Scholarship, the Chief Justice of the law school's honor court, a member of the Moot Court Board, teacher's assistant, and an American Jurisprudence awardee.

Prior to launching his own firm, Mr. Boston served as a law clerk with Whiteford, Taylor, and Preston and with the Felony Trial Division of Baltimore's Office of the Public Defender, and he worked in public affairs and government relations in both Annapolis and Baltimore.

Mr. Boston earned his undergraduate B.S. degree from Bucknell University, where he was not only a four-year varsity letterman in lacrosse and junior varsity basketball, but also a member of the Dean's List and the student his classmates elected to deliver their Senior Commencement Speech. Frank also achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Boston worked for several years as a retail bond trader on Wall Street. Matthew O'Shea is the President of Matthew O'Shea Consulting, Inc. In 1994, Matthew started his public service career with State Representative Dan Rutherford and then worked for State Representative James Durkin and Senator Thomas Walsh from 1995 through 2000. While working for Representative Durkin and Walsh, Matt attended John Marshall Law School and completed his Juris Doctor in 2000. After leaving Representative Durkin and Senator Walsh, he served as the Village Administrator for the Village of Forest Park located in the western suburbs of Cook County. While serving as Village Administrator, Matt was also appointed to the Senate to fill out the remaining term of Senator Tom Walsh for the 22nd Legislative District.

As State Senator, Matt was able to learn and experience the legislative process from an elected official standpoint. In 2004, Matt joined House Republican Minority Leader Tom Cross as Deputy Chief and Ethics Officer before coming Chief of Staff. Oscar Anderson, a native of Central Florida, has extensive background in government. Prior to joining Southern Strategy Group, Oscar served at the highest capacities in the Florida legislative and executive branches on the local, state, and federal levels. Oscar became a government expert that understands firsthand how to move bureaucracy to effect change. After more than a decade of government service, Oscar was dubbed "politically connected" by the St. Petersburg Times.

From 1998 to 2000, Oscar served as the chief lobbyist for Orange County Chairman Mel Martinez. In 2000, when President Bush asked Chairman Martinez to serve as U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary, Oscar moved to Washington, DC. As an integral part of Secretary Martinez's senior staff, Oscar managed the Congressional office and later was promoted to Deputy Chief of Staff. Oscar specialized in the appropriations process and negotiated the passage of $75 million for the Administration's American Dream Downpayment Initiative. Returning to Florida was important to Oscar, and in 2003, he was offered a position as Chief of Staff and Assistant Secretary at the Department of Community Affairs (DCA). During Oscar's tenure at DCA, he directed passage of the landmark Wekiva Parkway and Protection Act legislation and had a key role in the passage of the first overhaul to the state's growth management laws in 20 years.

For almost a decade, Oscar has represented hundreds of businesses at the local and state level of Florida government, specializing in government budgets/appropriations, procurement, and land use matters. Oscar is an active member of the Florida Wildlife Corridor. Oscar lives in Orlando with his wife Carin and their three children.

From the beginning, Lindley helped pull like-minded stakeholders together to form a working coalition to achieve legislative reform. In 2008, Lindley began working with a group practice of radiation and medical oncologists in South Georgia as part of their government affairs team; he also helped them establish a non-profit foundation.

During the 2015 legislative session, Georgia joined a growing number of states to pass legislation allowing for biosimilar drugs and treatments. Lindley was the grassroots coalition coordinator for a coalition consisting of patient advocacy groups, physician groups, manufactures, and key stakeholders. The legislation, which passed with overwhelming support and became law in July 2015, ensured that Georgia's biosimilars law is among the strongest in terms of patient safety and patient/physician communication. In recent years, Lindley has worked toward the successful passage of legislation allowing biosimilars, step therapy reform, bariatric surgery, testing and treatment for Hepatitis C, access to HIV/AIDS drugs and care, and other innovative patient care legislation.

Lindley serves as the executive director to the Georgia Society of Ophthalmology (GSO) and the Georgia Psychiatric Physicians Association (GPPA). Under his leadership, the associations have led their respective medical specialties in meaningful legislative changes on patient safety, insurance reform and access. Georgia was the first in the nation to pass several laws ensuring access to medication and testing.

After achieving the Eagle Scout rank and obtaining a degree in Communications with a minor in Political Science from the University of West Georgia, Lindley began his career working for several Georgia Members of Congress. Subsequently, Lindley worked on Senator Saxby Chambliss' historic United States Senate campaign, and played a lead role in Congressman Tom Price's hotly contested 6th District runoff.

Lindley resides in Smyrna and enjoys traveling, landscape photography, and spending time with his dachshunds, Zeus and Maggie. In all of these positions, Joe provided senior policy and budget advice, and implemented legislative agendas in areas such as health, K-12 and higher education, environment, gaming, tax policy, energy, and social and criminal justice.
Joe served as Governor Martin O'Malley's Senior Policy and Legislative Advisor (2007-2012); the University System of Maryland's Associate Vice Chancellor for Government Relations (2002 to 2007); Chief Legislative Officer for Governor Parris N. Glendening (1997 to 2002); and Chief of Staff to Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller, Jr. (1994 to 1997).

Joe graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1989. In 1993, he graduated first in his class from Georgetown Law School. He is the recipient of numerous professional and academic recognitions and honors and currently serves on the Board of the Maryland Stadium Authority as an appointee of Governor Larry Hogan. Joe and his wife, Kristin Jones Bryce, have two adult children (Joey and Madison) and reside in Odenton.

Mark Harmon joined Cornerstone in December of 2024, expanding the firm's South Carolina office and solidifying our southern reach and capabilities.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Mark served as Principal at The Harmon Consulting Group, LLC, where he provided contractual lobbying and consulting services by representing multiple clients before the legislative and executive branches of the South Carolina state government. Previously, Mark worked at Maynard Nexsen, PC, formerly Nexsen Pruet, LLC, as Government Affairs Advisor, also providing contractual lobbying and consulting services at the state level.

Before shifting to contract lobbying and consulting, Mark served as Executive Director of the America Petroleum Institute of South Carolina, advocating on behalf of the oil and natural gas industry before the state and federal government. In this role, he also coordinated with state agencies to ensure oil and natural gas operators were able to get products into high-demand areas during hurricanes and natural disasters. Additionally, Mark cultivated relationships with several of the state's Historically Black Colleges and Universities to promote STEM opportunities in oil and gas.

Prior to his work with the American Petroleum Institute, Mark served as the Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Policy for the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce. Harmon represented the state's business community and led an internal team responsible for generating the Chamber's public policy agenda, implementation strategy and social media outreach.

Before his time with the Chamber of Commerce, Mark served as the Executive Director of the South Carolina Senate Republican Caucus, where he organized campaigns, led ethics compliance and financial accounting and acted as liaison between Caucus supporters and senators to ensure all parties' interests were represented. As part of this role, Mark served as the day-to-day policy advisor to Senate Republican Caucus members and organized legislative session events and annual retreats for members and contributors. During his tenure, the Caucus gained seats and expanded its majority.

Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Ceramic and Materials Engineering from Clemson University.

David Pratt is a respected government relations strategist with over two decades of lobbying and public affairs experience across healthcare, economic development, energy, finance, public safety, insurance, and technology. A former Army enlisted soldier and later Reserve Officer, David began his political career in 1998 with Chairman Emeritus Ben Harbin. He has led advocacy efforts for corporations and associations, with deep expertise in legislative process, coalition-building, and executive advising. For 17 years, he was a Partner at a regional lobbying firm before co-founding Pratt & Michael Public Affairs. David studied at Marion Military Institute (valedictorian) and the University of Georgia (BS, political science), and earned a Certificate of Negotiation from Harvard Kennedy School.

Her career began in Washington, D.C., where she maintained a top-secret DoD security clearance and worked with the U.S. House Appropriations Committee (Defense Subcommittee), gaining rare insight into the federal appropriations process. In Georgia, she served as a principal analyst with the Senate Budget and Evaluation Office, later advising Senate leadership as policy director. For 15 years, she served as Managing Partner at a regional lobbying firm before founding Pratt & Michael Public Affairs. Recognitions include James Magazine Top Female Lobbyist (2015). Callie is a graduate of the University of Alabama and lives in Atlanta.
