Joel D. Rozner rejoined the firm as a Partner in 1998. Previously a partner in the firm from 1991 to 1994, Mr. Rozner focuses his expertise on government relations in Annapolis and Prince George's County and is the former chair of the firm's extensive Government Relations and Lobbying practice.

Mr. Rozner was elected three times to the Prince George's Democratic Central Committee. He served seven years as People's Zoning Counsel for Prince George's County and also as Chief of Staff for then County Executive Parris N. Glendening who was later elected Governor. Mr. Rozner was the Governor's appointee to the Commission on Lobbyist Ethics.

Jim began his political career in college by working as an intern on Capitol Hill.     Ginger Adam Corley is owner and president of Ginger Adam Corley, L.L.C., a governmental relations and lobbying firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has been a registered lobbyist in Louisiana for the past twenty-nine years.

    Prior to starting her own business, Ginger worked for the Louisiana House of Representatives and the Louisiana Department of Revenue while pursuing her undergraduate and graduate degree in Public Administration from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. After receiving her MPA, she worked in a gubernatorial campaign organizing the candidate's fundraising efforts.

    As a result of working in state government, she has established a professional relationship with legislators, department and agency appointees, and government staff. She has maintained these relationships while developing new ones as a result of term limits in Louisiana.
