Tara J. O'Donnell is a partner at Murphy Donoghue Partners. Prior to joining Parker Poe Consulting, Mr. Puhlasky worked as a consultant and vice president of state government relations, and represented clients before the South Carolina Legislature, specializing in telecommunications, education, environmental and economic development issues. Additionally, Mr. Puhlasky served as the South Carolina Political Director for the George W. Bush presidential campaign in 1999.
