Built a proven record of winning tough floor fights in New Hampshire's 400-member House of Representatives on a myriad of issues.

I've stopped harmful committee recommendations, overturned committee votes, adopted emergency floor amendments, used creative solutions to stop legislation from advancing, and scripted floor fights and debates for members.

Passed the region's most aggressive biodiesel production credit into law and guided the state's largest biodiesel producer through the entirety of the process from drafting to rulemaking. I then advocated for loosening of regulations on the use of biodiesel by large energy consumers and the state government to further increase the client's potential revenues.

As a freshman lobbyist, I was named "Rookie of the Year" by my colleagues.

I worked with a coalition of healthcare providers and lobbyists to stop a workers' compensation fee schedule. Our efforts successfully overturned the House Labor committee's recommendation on the House floor to pass the coalition's desired floor amendment which was signed into law. The client's amendment has since lowered worker's compensation costs by ~10% and did so without a fee schedule.

I have guided clients through successful issue advocacy campaigns during the First in the Nation primary. Deliverables involved getting Presidential candidates on the record, one-on-one meetings with candidates or senior level staff, grassroots organizing, event planning, press opportunities, and earned media for the client.

Served as the State Director to the New Hampshire Energy Forum where I provided grass tops lobbying and communications consulting to one of the nation's largest energy trade associations; I was instrumental in successfully changing Federal laws and Executive guidelines surrounding ozone and air quality regulations, energy exports, and energy infrastructure.

Provided strategic communications consulting for state legislators and stakeholders to lobby New Hampshire's Federal delegation to change mandates in the Affordable Care Act on behalf of a coalition of insurance providers. Our coalition was victorious in these efforts.

Meagan is the former President of the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Lobbyist Association and today serves in leadership positions on numerous non-profit boards and co-founded CASA of Dickson County to advocate for abused and neglected children in her community.

Chase Everton brings more than a decade of experience as a lobbyist who has worked with federal, state, and local governments.

He has worked for associations, as an in-house lobbyist where he managed multi-state government relations efforts, including working with legislative bodies and attorneys general, and as a contract lobbyist. His government relations clients consist of many Fortune 500 companies and national brands such as 1-800 Contacts, Ancestry, eBay, Expedia Group, and Facebook.

Chase specializes in disruptive technologies, tax policy, and economic development. Over the past few years, he has secured millions of dollars in appropriations for his clients. Additionally, Chase has managed numerous public affairs projects for Fortune 500 mergers, local governments, and nonprofits.

Chase received a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Utah. When not at the Capitol, you will find Chase golfing and fly fishing in Utah's beautiful rivers.

Lincoln Shurtz has over two decades of experience advancing client priorities in both the public and private sectors. Before starting Legislative Insight Consulting, Lincoln served for four years in active military service in the US Army as a tank commander. The skills and political acumen he developed leading a platoon helped shape his career path, eventually leading him to the Utah League of Cities and Towns, where he became Director of Government Relations.

A bipartisan approach is part of what sets Lincoln apart from the rest. Relationships built on trust and experience provide more than partisan rhetoric.

Lincoln serves and has served on many boards, including EDCUtah, the Governor's Committee on Accountability and Government Efficiency, Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development, and the Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah.

Lincoln received degrees in Political Science and Economics from the University of Utah, where he is a lecturer in the MPA program. When not working, he can be found heliskiing in Utah and Canada and spending time with his family.

A New Hampshire native, Henry began his government affairs career with a small lobbying firm after graduating as a political science major from the University of New Hampshire in 1986.

He next moved to the Business & Industry Association of New Hampshire, representing the interests of its more than 400 member-businesses and staffing its highly respected environmental affairs and energy and regulated utilities committees. He transitioned back to private practice in 1999, eventually becoming a partner in Sheehan Phinney Capitol Group.

Henry is a highly respected and well-liked lobbyist with three-and-a-half decades of experience. He currently represents clients in the lodging and restaurant industry, healthcare providers, solid waste management industry, life insurers, automobile part vendors and nonprofit organizations.

Henry is chairman of the board of directors for Crotched Mountain Foundation and the Capital Regional Development Council. He is a past chairman of the board of the Concord Family YMCA.

As an Associate in the HBS office in Nashville, Mac supports the Tennessee team with research and readiness for client projects. He tracks legislative activity of the Tennessee General Assembly for a variety of client priorities and provides comprehensive reports and analysis to help guide the team's strategies.

Mac also plans and coordinates "days on the hill" where clients have the opportunity to meet legislators in person and provide firsthand perspectives on their issues and help better inform the decision-making process. Clients value Mac's insights into grassroots strategies used to further their objectives.

Mac earned a bachelor's from Lipscomb University in Nashville where he was selected to participate in the Tennessee Legislative Internship Program (TLIP) and served on the House Civil Justice Committee during the 2022 legislative session. The following summer, Mac interned for the Michigan Senate before returning to Tennessee for his final two semesters.

Estie is recognized statewide as one of the most effective lobbyists in Tennessee and is respected for her advocacy and loyalty. She has been working in or around the Tennessee General Assembly since the late 1980s and legislators and peers consider her to be a subject matter expert in the state budget process and the unique needs of health care providers.
