As an Associate in the HBS office in Nashville, Mac supports the Tennessee team with research and readiness for client projects. He tracks legislative activity of the Tennessee General Assembly for a variety of client priorities and provides comprehensive reports and analysis to help guide the team's strategies.

Mac also plans and coordinates "days on the hill" where clients have the opportunity to meet legislators in person and provide firsthand perspectives on their issues and help better inform the decision-making process. Clients value Mac's insights into grassroots strategies used to further their objectives.

Mac earned a bachelor's from Lipscomb University in Nashville where he was selected to participate in the Tennessee Legislative Internship Program (TLIP) and served on the House Civil Justice Committee during the 2022 legislative session. The following summer, Mac interned for the Michigan Senate before returning to Tennessee for his final two semesters.
