Chase specializes in disruptive technologies, tax policy, and economic development. Over the past few years, he has secured millions of dollars in appropriations for his clients. Additionally, Chase has managed numerous public affairs projects for Fortune 500 mergers, local governments, and nonprofits.

Samantha is a native Oregonian and graduated from Oregon State University with a Master's degree in Communications and Political Science. She's a competitor at heart and competed on Oregon State's Women's Basketball team, helping lead the team to their first Final Four appearance.
