Ms. Parker served as Director of the Political Division for the Republican National Committee, managing a staff of more than 40 and coordinating all Republican races on the local, state and national levels. In addition, Ms. Parker has experience in managing a national political campaign that carried the states in which she was the lead political operative. Her years in Washington helped her develop lasting relationships on both sides of the aisle. Ms. Parker has over 10 years of experience working with telecommunication companies and dealing with those issues. She has represented entities including the SC Cable Television Association as well as AT&T. For five years, Ms. Parker served as Vice President of Governmental Affairs for the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, where she successfully lobbied the General Assembly for issues impacting urban areas.

Her career began in Washington, D.C., where she maintained a top-secret DoD security clearance and worked with the U.S. House Appropriations Committee (Defense Subcommittee), gaining rare insight into the federal appropriations process. In Georgia, she served as a principal analyst with the Senate Budget and Evaluation Office, later advising Senate leadership as policy director. For 15 years, she served as Managing Partner at a regional lobbying firm before founding Pratt & Michael Public Affairs. Recognitions include James Magazine Top Female Lobbyist (2015). Callie is a graduate of the University of Alabama and lives in Atlanta.

Jason Puhlasky is a Principal with Parker Poe Consulting and has more than 25 years of experience in lobbying, grassroots networking and media relations paid and earned as well as working on more than 100 political campaigns ranging from State House races to the President of the United States. Prior to joining Parker Poe Consulting, Mr. Puhlasky worked as a consultant and vice president of state government relations, and represented clients before the South Carolina Legislature, specializing in telecommunications, education, environmental and economic development issues. Additionally, Mr. Puhlasky served as the South Carolina Political Director for the George W. Bush presidential campaign in 1999. He has also served as the Political Director for the South Carolina Republican Party and the Director of the South Carolina Senate Republican Caucus.

David Pratt is a respected government relations strategist with over two decades of lobbying and public affairs experience across healthcare, economic development, energy, finance, public safety, insurance, and technology. A former Army enlisted soldier and later Reserve Officer, David began his political career in 1998 with Chairman Emeritus Ben Harbin. He has led advocacy efforts for corporations and associations, with deep expertise in legislative process, coalition-building, and executive advising. For 17 years, he was a Partner at a regional lobbying firm before co-founding Pratt & Michael Public Affairs. David studied at Marion Military Institute (valedictorian) and the University of Georgia (BS, political science), and earned a Certificate of Negotiation from Harvard Kennedy School.
