Tom focuses his practice on government relations, including state government procurement, gaming law, and public-facing litigation. With more than 40 years' experience as an Emmy award-winning journalist, political strategist, lobbyist, and attorney, Tom is especially adept when conflict resolution requires awareness of policy, politics, and the press. He draws on his unique experience as a former sports betting regulator to advise clients in the gaming industry. He also serves as an adjunct professor of gaming law at Vanderbilt Law School.
