David Pratt is a respected government relations strategist with over two decades of lobbying and public affairs experience across healthcare, economic development, energy, finance, public safety, insurance, and technology. A former Army enlisted soldier and later Reserve Officer, David began his political career in 1998 with Chairman Emeritus Ben Harbin. He has led advocacy efforts for corporations and associations, with deep expertise in legislative process, coalition-building, and executive advising. For 17 years, he was a Partner at a regional lobbying firm before co-founding Pratt & Michael Public Affairs. David studied at Marion Military Institute (valedictorian) and the University of Georgia (BS, political science), and earned a Certificate of Negotiation from Harvard Kennedy School.

Callie Michael is a seasoned public affairs and government relations professional with a strong track record of advancing complex policy objectives and shaping strategic communications in high-stakes environments. She specializes in advocacy strategy, stakeholder engagement, and results-driven campaigns across sectors. Her career began in Washington, D.C., where she maintained a top-secret DoD security clearance and worked with the U.S. House Appropriations Committee (Defense Subcommittee), gaining rare insight into the federal appropriations process. In Georgia, she served as a principal analyst with the Senate Budget and Evaluation Office, later advising Senate leadership as policy director. For 15 years, she served as Managing Partner at a regional lobbying firm before founding Pratt & Michael Public Affairs. Recognitions include James Magazine Top Female Lobbyist (2015). Callie is a graduate of the University of Alabama and lives in Atlanta.

Political career began in 2005, working for the Georgia House of Representatives as a Communications and Policy Analyst. Went on to lead lobbying efforts in multiple states, focusing on healthcare and advocacy with targeted success. Utilized economic development, utilities, budget, alternative energy, and healthcare background to drive impactful advocacy campaigns. Collaborated with advocacy groups to achieve positive outcomes in multiple sectors.
