Richard A. Tabuteau has represented dozens of clients on a diverse range of corporate matters. Prior to lobbying, Richard served as Senior Advisor to Lieutenant Governor Boyd K. Rutherford and before then as Deputy Counsel for Legislative Affairs for Attorney General Doug F. Gansler. As a result, Richard has deep relationships with key government officials across the political spectrum.
Richard began his career as a business litigation and maritime defense attorney. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Richard received his Bachelor's Degree from Binghamton University, Master's Degree from Cornell University, and Law Degree from Vanderbilt University.
