Andrew Griffin is a Partner at Providence Strategies and a lifelong Marylander. He began his career on political campaigns at the federal, state and local levels. Andrew has a diverse professional background, including the highest levels of government, most notably in the Governor's Office and at the state's flagship public university. Most recently, Andrew was Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, the largest business advocacy organization in the state. His advocacy experience encompasses a wide range of issues before the Maryland General Assembly and the U.S. Congress, which has cultivated a strong belief in the importance of personal relationships and grassroots advocacy. Andrew resides in Annapolis with his wife, their two young children and Boykin Spaniel, Huck.

LINDSAY THOMPSON

Lindsay Thompson is a partner at Providence Strategies and a lifelong resident of Maryland's Eastern Shore. Bringing more than a decade of experience in government relations in Maryland and Delaware, she holds a degree in Political Science from Washington College and a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Pak. Lindsay began her career in the Maryland General Assembly and founded her own firm in 2016, specializing in agricultural, natural resource and environmental issues. Recognized as a 2024 Woman to Watch by Shore Magazine, Lindsay has received multiple awards including the 2022 Don W. Beise Award, the 2017 Reaching for Excellence Award, and the 2016 Urbanski Grassroots Award. She and her husband operate a farm in Queenstown, Maryland where they reside with their three children and their retrievers, Breezy and Cash.
