As a former legislative policy advisor for the House Minority Caucus, Lourdes has a deep understanding of state government and a unique perspective on how to navigate the intricacies of the legislative process. Her diverse background in public policy, along with her expertise in K-12 education, workforce development and local government policy make her a valuable asset to the TRIADVOCATES team. At TRIADVOCATES she mostly serves public sector clients and specializes in education policy, she has represented Tucson Unified School District (third largest school district in the state) and the AZ CTED Consortium assisting them in developing and implementing successful strategies to achieve legislative goals. She was nominated by the AZ Capitol Times for the 2016 Best Capitol Staffer award and recently she received the 2020 Breakdown Breakout Award for excellence in government relations.
