Oscar Anderson, a native of Central Florida, has extensive background in government. FRANK D. BOSTON, III has more than 22 years experience representing individuals and small and large companies in the Maryland legislature and in courts throughout the state. Jim holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.A. in History from the University of Notre Dame.
