Erik works closely with the Governor and Governor's staff, Executive Council, State Senate, and House of Representatives. He also works with state departments and regulatory agencies.

Erik Taylor specializes in public affairs, advising clients on government relations and legislative issue management, communications strategy, community relations, coalition development, and grassroots mobilization. Over the past twenty-five years, Erik has managed substantial legislative initiatives and issue advocacy campaigns in the energy, health care, housing/construction, and education industries, and served as a lobbyist on issues impacting a variety of other industries.

Before establishing Taylor Public Affairs Group, Erik was President of Elevare Communications, assisting clients with legislative campaigns, grassroots development, and political campaign management. He also served as Director of Public Affairs for Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell where he has represented a variety of industries with issues before the state legislature and regulatory agencies. Erik has also served as an in-house lobbyist for a major health insurance company, as a communications specialist with a public relations firm in Washington, DC, and as a journalist for two New Hampshire newspapers.
