Amy Coombs is setting a new standard when it comes to creating policy, advocating for clients, and conducting ethical government relations. Her commitment to trauma-informed processes is changing the way the criminal justice system interfaces with consumers, victims of crime, staff and government. As President of Prestige Government Relations & Consulting, Amy is credited with passing landmark occupational and professional licensing legislation, featured as a national expert in IIDA's 2017 Faces of Advocacy Report and participated in the Social Work Policy Institute's (SWIPI) Policy Practice Summit. As a Network for Social Work Management (NSWM) Policy Fellow, her co-authored editorial was published in the Human Resources Organizations, Management, Leadership and Governance Journal.
Amy is dedicated to improving access to safe and ethical mental health services for all. She received an Official Citation of Recognition from the state of Maryland in January 2015, in recognition of her tireless efforts within the legislative process on behalf of consumers of mental health services. In 2018, Utah Governor Gary Herbert signed HB177, Trauma-Informed Justice Provisions, into law. Amy currently serves as a voting member on Utah's Multi-Disciplinary Trauma-Informed Committee, under the direction of the Utah Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice. She recently completed her service on the National Board of Directors for the Council for Interior Design Qualification, whose members include state and provincial regulatory boards.
Amy is a proud alum of University of Southern California where she received a master's degree in Social Work. In addition to her lobbying and consulting work, Amy has practiced as a clinical therapist at Utah County's Department of Drug and Alcohol Prevention and Treatment and continues to see clients via private practice. She enjoys regular speaking invites at universities and colleges across the country.

Casey Hill has served as Senior Vice President of Government and Community Relations for EnergySolutions, where he managed and directed all lobbying and community relations and charitable efforts in Utah, as well as in multiple states around the country and in Washington, D.C. In addition to EnergySolutions, he represents and lobbies for interests in real estate development, environmental, healthcare, insurance, energy, legal, and pharmaceutical industries. Maizee Thompson grew up on a farm in the Northwest Quadrant of Salt Lake City, Utah. She has been an advocate for people and animals and continuously works to uplift communities by volunteering locally and internationally.
She has over five years of customer service experience in various industries and has been politically active for the past year. While obtaining her political science degree at the University of Utah, she has interned for Senator Mike Lee in Washington, D.C., and Utah's Senate President, J. Stuart Adams, during the 2022 General Session.
During her internships, Maizee grew an immense interest in policy and government operations. Chase Everton brings more than a decade of experience as a lobbyist who has worked with federal, state, and local governments.
He has worked for associations, as an in-house lobbyist where he managed multi-state government relations efforts, including working with legislative bodies and attorneys general, and as a contract lobbyist. His government relations clients consist of many Fortune 500 companies and national brands such as 1-800 Contacts, Ancestry, eBay, Expedia Group, and Facebook.
Chase specializes in disruptive technologies, tax policy, and economic development. Over the past few years, he has secured millions of dollars in appropriations for his clients. Additionally, Chase has managed numerous public affairs projects for Fortune 500 mergers, local governments, and nonprofits.
Chase received a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Utah. When not at the Capitol, you will find Chase golfing and fly fishing in Utah's beautiful rivers.

Lincoln Shurtz has over two decades of experience advancing client priorities in both the public and private sectors. Before starting Legislative Insight Consulting, Lincoln served for four years in active military service in the US Army as a tank commander. The skills and political acumen he developed leading a platoon helped shape his career path, eventually leading him to the Utah League of Cities and Towns, where he became Director of Government Relations.
A bipartisan approach is part of what sets Lincoln apart from the rest. Relationships built on trust and experience provide more than partisan rhetoric.
Lincoln serves and has served on many boards, including EDCUtah, the Governor's Committee on Accountability and Government Efficiency, Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development, and the Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah.
Lincoln received degrees in Political Science and Economics from the University of Utah, where he is a lecturer in the MPA program. When not working, he can be found heliskiing in Utah and Canada and spending time with his family.
