Adnelis Perez demonstrates expertise in conducting legislative research and writing. At Grace & McEwan Consulting, LLC, she supports team members by providing administrative support, as well as functions related to government relations and public policy. She previously served as a Legislative Aide in the Texas House of Representatives, where she provided constituent services, conducted policy research, and supported legislative initiatives.

She began her career working with the Association of Electric Companies of Texas (AECT), supporting advocacy efforts for the state's electric industry and assisting with policy research and stakeholder engagement.

Adnelis holds a B.A. in Government with a concentration in Law, Justice, and Society from the University of Texas at Austin.
