Jaime Martin is an enrolled member of the Snoqualmie Tribe. Jaime works with Kilpatrick Townsend's Government Relations team to provide Washington State government relations and regulatory services to clients across various sectors, and assists clients with lobbying and advocacy in Washington State. She has considerable tribal leadership experience, public policy expertise, and a strong commitment to community engagement.

Prior to joining the firm, Jaime was the Director of External Relations for Governor Bob Ferguson where she built and maintained strategic relationships between the Governor's Office and local communities, tribal governments, and other stakeholders across the state, and represented the state on regional and statewide issues. She was the highest-ranking Native American official in Washington State government's executive branch, as the first Native American to serve in the Governor's Executive Team. In October 2025, she managed on behalf of the Governor the development of Governor Ferguson's Executive Order 25-10 to improve State-Tribal relations.
For over a decade, Jaime served as the Snoqualmie Tribe's Governmental Affairs and Special Projects Executive Director in Snoqualmie, Washington where she established the Tribe's first Governmental Affairs team including federal and state lobbyists and led initiatives on Tribal sovereignty, taxation, consultation, cultural resource protection, and ancestral land reclamation. In that position, she directed a tower of departments including Environmental & Natural Resources, Communications, Archaeology & Historic Preservation, Economic Development, Land Acquisition, and External Relations.
Jaime managed the Tribe's acquisition of the Salish Lodge and Spa and Eighth Generation in 2019, and in 2021 she oversaw the Tribe's purchasing of 12,000 acres of forest land in east King County that were part of the Tribe's traditional lands. She also developed the Snoqualmie Tribe Ancestral Lands Movement as a public education campaign for the Tribe to educate the public about how to recreate with respect on the Tribe's ancestral lands.
Jaime previously served on the boards for Washington Conservation Action and the Northwest Regional Office for National Parks Conservation Association, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust.
Jaime has an executive master's degree in public administration from the University of Washington Evans School, and a B.A. in political science and history, also from the University of Washington.
