He also holds the CIPP/US credential as a Certified Information Privacy Professional from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Richard A. Tabuteau has represented dozens of clients on a diverse range of corporate matters. Prior to lobbying, Richard served as Senior Advisor to Lieutenant Governor Boyd K. Rutherford and before then as Deputy Counsel for Legislative Affairs for Attorney General Doug F. Gansler.
