Jonas Jacobson developed a broad government relations practice after 15 years serving in key leadership roles in State and local government. Jonas has extensive experience working on public policy matters and has worked on complex initiatives involving environment, energy, transportation, infrastructure, development and public works matters. During his government tenure, he served under three Maryland Governors and was appointed to the Maryland Department of the Environment as Deputy Secretary. Jonas also served as Director of Environmental Protection for Baltimore County. His practice involves engagement with the leadership of state and local agencies and the Maryland General Assembly. Pounds is an accomplished attorney and lobbyist with sixteen years of legal experience and served as General Counsel for government, quasi-government entities, boards & commissions, and businesses. After seven years in Prince George's as a senior campaign and transition staff member, an associate county attorney, and then General Counsel to the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation, Pounds served six years as a partner and senior counsel in two prominent Maryland law firms. He represents clients in municipal and cannabis law, alcoholic beverage licensing; land use and zoning; business transactions, and government relations. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, and received his Juris Doctor, with honors, at the University of Baltimore School of Law. Pounds is active in his community and serves on several boards, including the Greater Bowie Chamber of Commerce and the Maryland Government Relations Association. He lives in Bowie with his wife and two children.

With over a decade of experience in politics and government affairs, she brings unparalleled expertise in Nevada's legal, political and public policy matters. She leverages her deep understanding of the legislative process and strong relationships with lawmakers and regulators to craft and advocate for legislative strategies that benefit a diverse array of corporate clients.

Known for her integrity and commitment, Alisa has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in the Nevada political landscape. Additionally, she previously opened the Las Vegas offices at different times for two of the largest law and lobbying firms in the country. Alisa specializes in addressing legislative, regulatory and administrative issues, focusing on transportation, construction, emerging financial technologies, entertainment, infrastructure and campaign finance compliance. She has successfully represented clients before the Nevada Legislature and state agencies, guiding them through complex rule-making and regulatory matters.

A seasoned campaign consultant, Alisa has worked on Presidential campaigns, where she spearheaded grassroots initiatives and built influential political coalitions across Nevada. As the Executive Director to the Nevada Senate Caucus, she developed and implemented political and communications strategies, enabling the passage of critical legislation across sectors such as transportation, energy, taxation, gaming and education.
