Known for her integrity and commitment, Alisa has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in the Nevada political landscape. Additionally, she previously opened the Las Vegas offices at different times for two of the largest law and lobbying firms in the country. Alisa specializes in addressing legislative, regulatory and administrative issues, focusing on transportation, construction, emerging financial technologies, entertainment, infrastructure and campaign finance compliance. She has successfully represented clients before the Nevada Legislature and state agencies, guiding them through complex rule-making and regulatory matters.

A seasoned campaign consultant, Alisa has worked on Presidential campaigns, where she spearheaded grassroots initiatives and built influential political coalitions across Nevada. As the Executive Director to the Nevada Senate Caucus, she developed and implemented political and communications strategies, enabling the passage of critical legislation across sectors such as transportation, energy, taxation, gaming and education.

Alisa holds a B.A. in Russian Language and Literature and Public Policy Studies from Duke University and earned her Juris Doctorate from Berkeley Law School, UC Berkeley. Licensed to practice law in Nevada and California, she is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and the Nevada State Bar Association.

Diana Carlen leads the firm's business and utility practice and has over 20 years of legal and legislative experience. Prior to joining Gordon Thomas Honeywell Governmental Affairs, Diana served as Leadership Counsel to the Senate Republican Caucus. In that role, she also served as the caucus attorney for the following policy issues: energy, natural resources, agriculture, land use, telecommunications and water issues. Prior to working for the Senate, Diana practiced law for several years focusing on land use and environmental issues and also served as a Law Clerk to Chief Justice Gerry Alexander of the Washington State Supreme Court. Diana represents several of the firm's business clients, public utilities, and port clients.

Prior to joining the GTH-GA team, Josh spent nearly 10 years advocating for counties, serving as the Legislative Relations and Policy Director and General Counsel for the Washington State Association of Counties. Josh started working in Olympia in 1998 as nonpartisan counsel to the House of Representatives and served as Legislative Director for the Department of Fish and Wildlife. As Environmental Policy Director for the Washington Forest Protection Association he represented private forest landowners in the state's environmental regulatory system. He also assisted in Governor Locke's water reform efforts. Josh is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, graduate of Central Washington University and the Vermont Law School, and is a fourth generation Washingtonian. He lives in Olympia with his wife Karen.

Hanna Jones has nearly a decade of experience as a state lobbyist, representing clients to the Washington State Legislature, Governor's Office and executive agencies. She is registered as a lobbyist with the PDC. Ms. Jones represents clients with a wide range of issues, including water, local government, health care, higher education, technology and budget appropriations. This background means she has relationships with many legislators and with both partisan and non-partisan staff. Throughout her tenure at the firm, Ms. Jones has represented numerous public, private and non-profit clients, including associations. This means that she is adept at meeting client needs regardless of the organizational structure and is accustomed to providing varying levels of service depending on the needs of the client.

Ms. Jones has demonstrated a successful track record in assisting firm clients with development and execution of legislative strategy at each step in the process, including, but not limited to stakeholder outreach, policy research, legislative agenda development, and execution of legislative strategy during each session. Tim Schellberg is the Founder and President of Gordon Thomas Honeywell Governmental Affairs, an internationally known governmental affairs and government business market development firm. Tim is recognized nationally and internationally for his work to create and grow new markets by collaborating with business and government to implement dynamic public policy and technology based solutions. Tim has used over 25 years of professional experience, worldwide contacts and knowledge of global government institutions to actively lead legislative based projects in over 30 countries and within the United States.

Jason Frierson joined Cornerstone in February 2025 following his service as the United States Attorney for the District of Nevada since 2022. He was nominated by President Biden, acting as the Chief Federal Law Enforcement Officer for the District of Nevada, and the first African American to hold the position. In this role, Jason led a team of more than 100 prosecutors and staff professionals, including 55 attorneys who handled federal criminal, civil and appellate cases. In addition, he met regularly with local, state and federal law enforcement agency leaders, and other key community leaders and organizations to discuss investigations, current cases and developing trends.

Jason started his career representing the indigent, serving as a prosecutor of white-collar criminals and as an agency attorney in protecting child abuse victims. In 2010, he was elected to the Nevada State Assembly and was voted the best freshman Assemblyman in 2011. After being re-elected for the 2013 session, he served as Chairman of the Judiciary Committee.

After one term out of the legislature, Jason was elected to return to the Nevada Assembly in 2016 and was then selected in a bipartisan and unanimous vote to serve as the Assembly's first African American Speaker in Nevada history. He served in that role for three consecutive legislative sessions, leading one of the most diverse state legislatures in the country and the first female majority legislature in the country's history.

Prior to his legislative service, Jason served in a variety of significant legal roles in both the public and private sector. Jason holds a B.S. in Health Science from the University of Nevada and earned his Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
