Nancy Passow has been writing articles and presenting workshops for over thirty
years. Nancy has over twenty-five years experience in the chemical industry, with
more than half in the manufacturing sector. Nancy worked for Lonza, Inc.; Sandoz
Chemicals (now Clariant Corporation); and ABB Lummus. Nancy served on many committees
and workgroups for SOCMA (Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturers Association)
and The American Chemistry Council (ACC, formerly CMA -- Chemical Manufacturers
Association). She also worked with ACC for three years as a Special Advisor on Responsible
Care ®. Nancy has a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan
College and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University.
