Morgan P. Muchnick advises clients on public policy matters
including international affairs, defense, aeronautics, and
homeland security.
Mr. Muchnick was most recently a Senior Public Policy and
Government Relations Manager with the American Institute of
Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). Under the leadership of
Senator Fred Thompson (R-TN) he served as Professional Staff to
the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental
Relations. While serving on the Committee, he drafted key
aspects of legislation establishing the Department of Homeland
Security. Additionally, Mr. Muchnick was the chief speechwriter
for an important Middle East Ambassador to the United States as
well as a Government Relations Manager with Unisys Corporation.
He has published a number of public policy documents and
participated in national political television programs that were
seen on MSNBC such as “Voices of America” with Frank Luntz.
Prior to his work in Washington DC, Mr. Muchnick earned a
Master in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School
of Government. He received his Bachelor of Arts from UCLA with
high honors.
