Ariella Herman is an Associate at Turner GPA. As an associate she is deeply involved
in each client's government and public relations strategy.
Prior to joining Turner GPA, Ariella practiced law as a Business and Finance
associate in the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Ariella's practice
focused on mergers and acquisitions and securities law. She advised public and private
company clients on a variety of matters, including public offerings, private equity
transactions, mergers and acquisitions, general securities and corporate law.
Ariella has been involved in a wide range of transactions including acquisitions
of both publicly and privately held corporations and has represented both strategic
and financial acquirers and targets.
Ariella is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She holds a law
degree from New York University School of law where she was a Teacher's Assistant
in her second year. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brooklyn College
where she majored in Psychology.
Ariella is co-founder of J-Link, a community based Pro Bono project matching
legal matters for indigent people to private sector member attorneys via an email
based list.
