Washington, D.C., September 10, 2007 – Turner GPA,  one of the premier government and public affairs firms in the nation, announced today it created a research division to assist hedge funds and private equity firms navigate the impact Congressional legislation has on business. Tax finance, mergers & acquisitions, defense, environmental education, health and biotechnology as well as telecommunications issues will be covered.
