MORGAN MUCHNICK NAMED DIRECTOR, GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS AT
TURNER GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS
Turner Government and Public Affairs Hires Morgan Muchnick
as a Director, Government Affairs, in the Washington, D.C.
Office
Washington, D.C., June 9, 2008 – Turner GPA, one of the
premier government affairs and lobbying firms in the nation,
announced today that the firm has hired Morgan Muchnick as a
Director of Government Affairs, in the firms Washington, D.C.
office. Morgan will advise clients on public policy matters
including international affairs, defense, aeronautics, and
homeland security. Morgan was most recently a Senior Public
Policy and Government Relations Manager with the American
Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). Prior to that,
he served as Professional Staff to the Senate Committee on
Homeland Security and Government Relations under the leadership
of Senator Fred Thompson (R-TN). While serving on the Committee,
he drafted key aspects of legislation establishing the
Department of Homeland Security.

Morgan has a Master in Public Policy from Harvard
University’s Kennedy School of Government. He received his
Bachelor of Arts from UCLA with high honors.
